3. Apply an ample amount of numbing cream to the designated area and gently massage it in.
4. To optimize the effectiveness of the numbing cream, cover the area with plastic wrap (such as saran wrap) and secure it tightly.
5. Allow the cream and plastic wrap to remain in place for 40-50 minutes before the tattoo or laser treatment.
6. After removing the cream from the numbed skin, allow a resting period of 10 minutes.
